Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take cars to the stall area once you’ve received a repair order from the dispatcher.
• Carry out the work specified on the work order with accuracy and precision, following all dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Perform expert diagnosis of all problems, and repair them according to the customer’s wishes.
• Acquire the parts you need for your job from our Parts Department.
• When the job is under warranty or when the customer requests it, set aside and label parts to be turned in after the service or repair is finished.
• Let the service advisor know immediately of any adjustments to the timeframe of the job, including when more service is needed, less service is needed, or more time is needed for the service designated.
• Provide adequate documentation of work performed.
• Ensure customer complaints have been resolved through road tests.
• Engage in quality checks on work performed.
• Go to the specified training.
• Stay up-to-date with all factory bulletins issued.
• Keep the customer’s vehicle clean all the way through the service you provide.
• Follow and administer all safety and administrative procedures.
• Know and abide by all federal, state, local, and other service and repair work guidelines.
