Horrible experience they sold me a unsafe vehicle, bald tire, anti collision system not working, no spare tire or equipment, they said car was accident feee, not true, a bad repair job causing problems. No floor mats, no spare key. They promised the car had passed a 150 point safety inspection. No way! When I got home the car had warning lights on and I called my salesman, the GM of the store and their BDC Manager and texted them all. No one will pick up my calls or call me back. They are very dishonest, please buy somewhere else unless you want to be taken advantage of. I do not recommend this place. Shame on them for taking advantage of a Senior Citizen. I paid cash for the car. So they dont care!

This dealership is a joke. When I bought my car, we agreed on a number. I signed the paperwork, they didn’t show me anything on paper, just verbally “told me” what I was signing. Then handed me a UBS drive with my paperwork on it. I got home & reviewed things. Saw the number was not what we agreed and found out they added extra things on without my knowledge. I tried reaching the finance department to resolve this, I called over 20+ times (not an exaggeration). The people there kept passing me around, I’d get a voicemail box that is so full I couldn’t even leave a message. I finally got in contact with someone who was actually trying to help me get to the right person. She said she’d send me an email to fill out. It’s been over an hour and nothing… so here I am trying to call them again. Super frustrating. Only go here if you want to work with a bunch of crooks.
